Before you write
How quickly will you reply?
Within two working days. Ruth or one of the founders reads every message and replies personally.
Do you take part in pitches?
Not unpaid ones. If you’re comparing studios, we’re happy to meet, talk through how we’d approach the project and send a proposal. We don’t produce design work before a project starts.
What should I include?
What you’re making, who it’s for, roughly when it needs to be ready and, if you know it, your budget. Links to anything you like or dislike help too.
Can we visit the studio?
Yes, both studios are open by appointment on weekdays. The Lisbon studio has a shelf of type specimens that visitors are welcome to look through.
